The 6 remaining ‘DWTS’ couples are all hoping to land a spot in next week’s finale!

It would be so hard to make it to the semifinals but not go through to next week’s finale on Season 31 of Dancing with the Stars, so the six remaining couples will give it their all when the competition begins on Monday night.

To complicate the competition, each team of dancers will need to perform two all-new routines: one final ballroom dance style and one final Latin dance style -- that they've not yet performed -- as they battle it out for scores and votes in hopes of earning a spot in the finale the following week.

Then the second double elimination takes place, resulting in the final four.

“It's really special to make the semifinals,” said Shangela. “It means that all of our hard work, all the discipline and commitment and everything that we put into coming into this ballroom is being recognized. But also that people at home are voting for us, are feeling this momentum of what's happening right now. We're just thrilled. For me, being in this ballroom, coming into this and not being the tip-top, most technique, fabulous, 100 percent perfect person, but I didn't give up."

And her pro partner Gleb Savchenko added, “I think the most important thing for us is that we get a standing ovation. We make people feel what we feel at that moment. And we turned it, we enjoyed it. We had a lot of fun."
