It’s not every day that a donkey gets to meet a Clydesdale horse—but when this donkey did, he absolutely couldn’t contain his excitement.

This donkey has us laughing over his silly noises and reaction to meeting the horse. It’s so funny to hear him freaking out over it!
This video is definitely one to cleanse the timeline. We can’t imagine how loud it was in person to hear the donkey bellowing out about the horse. The pair has captured the hearts of countless people online who are commenting on how cute the pair is.
While the donkey was clearly wanting to socialize with the horse, she doesn’t look as if she wants to give him the time of day. She even goes to turn away from him—but we watched on hoping she didn’t end up kicking him. Horses do that sometimes when they feel startled.
Luckily for this donkey, the horse wasn’t feeling spooked so she didn’t kick. We wonder what happened after the video ended, though—did the two end up becoming friends? From what we can see, the horse is playing hard to get.
While the donkey is clearly wanting to hang out with the horse, we can’t say the same for the horse. She seems a little skeptical of the donkey, and rightfully so. He’s causing such a commotion!
This horse is 28 years old, which is pretty up there in age for a horse. Despite her age, maybe being around the donkey will bring out a little youthful behavior. The donkey is only 4, so he’s bound to have her acting like a little foal in no time.
