Founded by Marco Pelletier, head sommelier at the famous five-star Parisian hotel Le Bristol, Domaine de Galouchey is a tiny winery that’s run as carefully as a home garden. And it totally shows in this organic Merlot blend. Equal parts accessible and complex, it reminds us of blackberry, mocha, pepper and cedar. Basically, it’s pure luxury.
