There comes a time in every human's life when he/she/they must make the pilgrimage to Dollywood, Dolly Parton's theme park in Pigeon Forge, TN. When there, after they've had the time to explore all there is to eat in the park, they must settle down and, well, eat even more (or you could do it before—it's your life!). And when that time comes, might I suggest a visit to Song & Hearth? The DreamMore hotel's restaurant features an enormous menu full of Dolly's favorite things.

In order to help you use your time (see: eat) most effectively, I'll point you in two directions, the first of which is toward the meatloaf sliders, which is one of Dolly's ultimate favs.

In order to make those, tiny beef patties are griddled alongside tiny halved buttermilk biscuits. Once combined, they're topped with stewed collard greens and some spicy sauce. They're served alongside an actual basket of fries, because what is a good meal of tiny bites without a very large amount of fries to eat with it?

Next up on the list is the fried green tomato plate, which is arguably the most (1) straightforward and (2) delicious thing on-menu. The tomato slices are dredged heavily in buttermilk and cornmeal before being deep-fried and topped with cabbage slaw and a kicky aioli.

There are plenty more options (like I said, the menu is comprehensive), and you should taste around to your heart's extent, but know that you've got Dolly's approval with those two. If that sentiment alone doesn't help, feel free to pick up your sliders and talk at her beautiful, giant head that's looming at the entrance to the restaurant. That'll help.
