We would expect nothing less from the icon.

There are three constants in Dolly Parton's looks—her sky-high hair, a bombshell silhouette, and her beautifully adventurous nails (which are literally credited as an instrument in her song "9 to 5"). However, despite her long career's worth of manicure inspiration, her most recent nail look might be one of our favorites.

On October 11, the pop culture icon attended the 53rd Anniversary Nashville Songwriters Hall Of Fame Gala in Nashville, Tennessee, walking the red carpet and posing for pictures with music industry legends in a quintessentially Dolly outfit—and those aforementioned nails.

The outfit is everything you expect from the star, and she shimmered in silver from head to toe. She threw a sheer, shiny bolero over a matching silver corset top with a lace-detailing on the chest. The silver and lace theme continued to her skinny pants, then to her open-toed boots. In fact, the only things that weren't silver were her half-and-half cherry red and hot pink manicure, and her pink makeup.

Out of the two, the nails are what really popped. She wore her nails in her classic extra-long length and square shape, with a Valentine's Day-esque color scheme that was so fun. Divided diagonally on every nail, the bottom half of the design was a bright hot pink. A silver line separated the pink from the top half of her nails, which were a bright true red shade.

The makeup coordinated mostly with the pink parts of her manicure. Parton's lips were lined with a deep pink and filled in with a sheer glossy pink tint. She wore a glittery pink shade on her eyes that allowed her black eyeliner and mascara to pop. Her voluminous, wavy hair swooped to the side to finish off the red carpet look.

If you want to replicate the country icons nail's, you're in luck, as the look is pretty DIY-friendly.

As with every manicure, start by removing any lingering polish with nail polish remover. After, apply cuticle oil to your cuticles to soften and push back. Then, cut and file your nails to your desired length before buffing them for an even surface and prepping with your favorite base coat.

Then, get into the colors. It's best to start with pink first. Eyeball your diving line, and then paint on two coats of Essie's Pencil Me In ($11) or a similar shade. Then, once that dries, apply a piece of nail art tape horizontally across the color to measure out an even diagonal split with the red. Then, apply Essie's A-List ($9) or a similar shade to the top diagonal half, peel the tape, and let it dry.

When the polish dries, add a coat of your favorite top coat and a dollop of nail oil, and your nails will be fit to walk the red carpet.
