Meanwhile, you always have water on hand and according to Dolly, a few drops is all it takes to fluff your eggs up as high as her signature blonde 'do.

And there's real science to back up Dolly's theory. About 85% of the weight of a typical large egg is water. The added ice water will gently heat up and evaporate faster than the water content of the egg, which creates small pockets of steam essential to making your eggs fluffy and tender.
