Dolly Parton Is Rocking a Thigh-High Slit at the CMA Awards and She Looks Incredible

The “Jolene” singer wore a gorgeous dress with a thigh-high slit that is just perfect for the CMAs host.
Welcome to the 2019 CMA Awards, where Dolly Parton has officially left us speechless.
Dolly, 73, arrived on the red carpet in a signature over-the-top outfit that we can’t stop staring at. The stunning white and gold dress was decked out with rhinestone embellishments, so her entire outfit sparkled as much as the diamonds on her hands. In addition to her signature long sleeves (gotta hide those tattoos!), the gown featured a thigh-high slit that only the Backwoods Barbie could pull off.
There’s one thing Dolly is missing, though—her husband Carl Dean. It’s not terribly shocking that he didn’t join Dolly, as he’s very private. He even once told her after an event to never "ask me to go to another one them dang things again!" Don’t worry, though—the two are as happily married as ever.
This is a big year for Dolly, and we’re not just talking about her hosting the CMAs with Carrie Underwood and Reba McEntire. Dolly also has her own Netflix series, Dolly Parton’s Heartstrings and a Hallmark movie set in Dollywood coming out.
