Directions:

  1. To make the rose-infused Pisco: add the petals from 5-6 red roses into a clean container with one 750mL bottle of Pisco. Seal and let the mixture infuse at room temperature for 48 hours. Once infused, strain the mixture.

  2. Next, combine all ingredients into a cocktail shaker and top with ice. Shake for about 15 seconds.

  3. Strain and pour the contents from the shaker directly into the highball glass.

  4. Fill the glass with ice and top it with lemon soda.

  5. Tableside, spritz the glass with rose water to further enhance the aromatic experience.
