If you're anything like us, you try and convince your partner that you need another pet in the family. We attempt to make this argument every other week. And the number one reason as to why is always for our first fur baby. They need another friend!
We've never seen a dog needing another doggy sibling quite like this Golden Retriever. In this video posted by TikTok user @chipgirlhere, this dog is watching TV with a bunch of cartoon puppies. His reaction leads us to believe one thing and one thing only - he needs a sibling stat!

O.M.G. Stop it! No wonder the clip has quickly gone viral with over 22.6 million views. It's the cutest thing we've ever seen! And if they don't add another fur baby to the family, we're going to riot. This Golden Retriever would be such a gentle and wonderful older brother.
"I’m unwell. That dog needs a dog," said @emilykuchh. You can say that again! He clearly wants to play with the cartoon pups on the TV so just imagine how much fun he'd have with real puppies around the house.
If you've finally convinced the rest of the family to add another dog to the mix, be sure to follow proper precautions with the introduction. You wouldn't want your current dog to feel like they're getting pushed to the side. Don't skip these steps when introducing a new dog to your existing dog because it will make for a smoother process.
