Dogs Getting Overlooked at Shelter's Coffee Event Is a Heartbreaking Reality
How could anyone overlook these precious angels?
A non-profit dog charity based in the UK, known on TikTok as @saferescuefordogs_, holds a coffee morning event every month so members of the public can meet their foster dogs. Wow, we love that idea so much! It gives them the chance to get exposure to their potential forever homes.
The sad part about this event is that some dogs get completely overlooked. Just thinking about that breaks our hearts into a million pieces. We don’t know how these dogs could be overlooked though because one look at their faces and we completely fell in love. Check it out!

Ugh! Who in their right mind would ever overlook these dogs?! They’re so beyond adorable and deserve to have a family that will give them undivided attention. Senior dogs, shy or nervous dogs are some of the dogs that are most overlooked when people are looking to adopt. But that doesn’t mean they don’t deserve to get a forever home!
@mawty1313 asked what we’re all wondering. It reads, “How do you go and see all the doggies and not pet all the doggies?” That’s what we’re saying! “If only I had a house big enough,” wrote @bethirisxo. SAME! We’d adopt them all in a heartbeat if we could. @thatweirdcouplee added, “Okay I’ll take them all.”
