We’re always so curious about what our pets are thinking when they watch a television screen. Do they think it’s real? Can they understand what is happening? Do they think we know the people on the screen? We think we found our answer with this clip from TikTok user @zxq8279.
The TV was playing a scene with people eating and this Labrador totally thought it was happening in real life because he attempts to get some of the food. LOL! But the way this dog tries to get the food is what captured our hearts. That’s probably why this video has over 11 million views. Take a look!

LMAO! He really believed with his whole heart that he was going to get a piece of the sandwich. We love his wishful thinking, but it also breaks our hearts. Someone, please go get this good boy a treat and get that treat now!
“In all honesty, why is he hiding his food under the table if it wasn’t meant for him,” asked @angielvsu2. Wait a second. That’s so true! It's like the actor was purposely leading him on. They need to redo this entire scene, so no other dogs get confused. LOL! @squee954 added, “The way he did it. I thought there was going to be a dog in the show.” That’s what we’re saying!
