Dog Dad's 'Short Film' About a Walk Gone Wrong Deserves an Oscar

We've all experienced this shocking situation.

In his new short film, "Merde de Voyous," dog dad Jacob debuts his cinematic talents. The piece first premiered on his dogs' TikTok account, @esperborzoi, though audiences from all across the app are captivated by its drama and suspense. It might be too soon to say for sure, but we'd say this film is Oscar-worthy!

Okay, maybe it's not a professionally-made film, but we've enjoyed it just as much as anything we've seen in theaters recently. It's the perfect depiction of a dog walker's nightmare!

LMAO! We get an absolute kick out of this 'film' every time we see it, and we hope you did too. The dramatic reactions were surprisingly accurate! Not only is the act of picking up the wrong poop positively soul-wrenching, but the cold sensation is truly something else.

We agree wholeheartedly with commenter @tnbooooo who wrote, "Stellar acting, brilliant concept, overall masterpiece cinema." We'd recommend this film to every dog owner we know! Pup parents with creative poopers will have an extra appreciation for this, though. Because it happens to everyone at least once!

"Ugh. I hated that feeling," said @jelsie21. "Though didn’t mind old ones that were hard & dry - that felt like a good deed." We're so glad! For us, it just feels like carrying around an extra poop bag.

"One time my dog pooped on top of another dog's poop," @yulesmischief shared. Of course they did! It would be far too easy for a dog to relieve themselves somewhere simple, after all--especially when they know they need to keep their owner on their toes.
