A ‘trust the process’ kind of love.
If you’re considering adding a second pet to the family, our piece of advice is to just remember patience. Patience with training a new fur baby again. Patience with them getting adjusted. And most importantly, patience with the siblings becoming best friends because it might not happen overnight.
That’s what TikTok user @kate.recreates had to learn. Her Golden Retriever was beyond excited to meet the new kitten, but the feeling wasn’t reciprocated. At least at first! Take a look at this beautiful love story.

Aww! Just look at them now, a couple of besties for life! We told you it just takes time. It’s what we like to call a ‘trust the process’ kind of love. It might not be love at first sight, but that doesn’t matter. Love is love!

You can say that again! Good luck to these owners if they ever wanted to play with the kitten because this dog isn’t going to let that baby out of his sight. LOL!
“They’re gonna be the two best friends that anybody could have,” wrote @cyclingbear. Safe to say they already are! The creator wrote in the comments that they’ve now had this cat for over a year. The two fur babies are even closer than we see in this video. O.M.G Our hearts just melted! We need to see more of these two immediately!
