After years of late 20s, early 30s contestants, Bachelor Nation is ready for the newest franchise—a series focusing on the golden years.

Fans instantly fell for sincere widower Gerry Turner, 72, when ads highlighting the differences in how you look for love at different stages in your life. Gerry, for example, isn't out to become a social media influencer, and if you call him on the phone, he'll actually answer!

Interviews on The Bachelorette finale and Good Morning, America revealed more about the former restaurateur from Indiana who lost his wife Toni suddenly in 2017 from a bacterial infection. After years of grieving, Gerry decided to give reality TV dating a shot.

Viewers hope he can find “the one” amid an intriguing group of ladies of a certain age.

The Golden Bachelor will premiere on Sept. 28, but already, spoilers have revealed his alleged pick.

Spoiler expert Reality Steve has claimed he knows which two women wind up going all the way to the Costa Rica finale with Gerry.

How fast did Gerry have to make a decision?

According to Reality Steve, Gerry’s hometown dates were filmed only three weeks into shooting, when they are usually filmed at least five or six weeks in. If you can believe it, the entire season was apparently shot in just one month.

Gerry seemingly confirmed this when he told The Los Angeles Times, “It’s been a whirlwind. The activity is coming at me much faster than I expected. I tried to ramp myself up but I didn’t do a good enough job of it. There’s wonderful women here that I have had the pleasure to know but I’ve needed to get to know them in a hurry. That was unexpected. I thought there would be more time for in-depth and casual conversations.”

Who finishes in third place?

Faith Martin

We're basing this on Reality Steve but he's almost always spot-on. He says Faith Martin, 60, from Benton City, Wash., will make it to the hometown episode, filmed on Aug. 19.

Faith talked about her own romantic life in a podcast called, “The Dating Chronicles of a Fifty Something Female.”

Unfortunately for the musician, radio host and high school teacher Faith, she gets eliminated just short of the final two.

Who are in The Golden Bachelor final two?

According to Reality Steve, Leslie Fhima, 64, gets a hometown visit with Gerry, which was filmed on Aug. 21, just two days after Faith's date. The former professional ice skater from Minneapolis, who is now an aerobics instructor, looks to have strong chemistry with Gerry based on night one promotional ABC photos.

The third woman who received a hometown visit, according to Steve, is Theresa Nist, 70, from Shrewsbury, N.J. The pretty financial services professional apparently filmed her hometown date with Gerry on Aug. 23.

Why would Leslie be Gerry’s final pick?

It’s been reported that Leslie’s ex-husband and son are in the restaurant business, which gives her a lot in common with ex-restaurateur Gerry.

Like Gerry, she’s also close to her grandkids, telling the Minneapolis Star Tribune in a 2020 article about families, “They are the loves of my life. I’m all about creating memories and traditions for them.”

Leslie’s background in sports also should attract Gerry, as he’s been a marathon runner. She’s reportedly run 10 marathons in her life!

What would Theresa and Gerry share?

Limited social media in their lives! Theresa, a financial services professional, has a relatively small Instagram account and thus far, not too many followers. But that should change when fans see her on the show this week!

Theresa's low key style of posting photos of family could be very attractive to Gerry.

When asked if he paid attention to social media on his The Bachelorette “Men Tell All” appearance with host Jesse Palmer, Gerry said, "No, not really."

Told he'd been “trending,” Gerry responded, "If I knew what that meant, I'm sure I'd appreciate it a whole lot more."

Gerry was with his wife Toni for 43 years, while Theresa said in a Golden Bachelor trailer that she was married for 42 years.

The two are also close in age.

Who will win The Golden Bachelor?

Reality Steve said he doesn’t know, but contended that the final rose ceremony filmed on Aug. 31. He promised his followers, “If/when I find out who Gerry chose between Teresa [sic] and Leslie I’ll let you know.”

Who does Gerry pick on The Golden Bachelor?

Based on the current information, we believe Gerry could pick Theresa, whose brunette beauty and apparent low-key ways would fit well with his no-nonsense Midwestern spirit.

Theresa might also be staying on the down-low because she is Gerry’s final choice.
