It all started on Thursday night when fans noticed that Dixie unfollowed Griffin on both Instagram and Twitter.

Right away, it was clear something was up. That's when a girl named Madison Galley posted a video on TikTok. "Keep watching if you want to see me expose Griffin Johnson," the video began. Madison then went on to show screenshots of Griffin adding her on Snapchat, asking her to send photos, and saying he's single. She then showed Dixie seemingly reaching out to her.

Dixie commented on the video a simple, "..." She also apparently follows Madison on Instagram.

That's when other people started to get involved. Thomas Petrou referenced the drama from earlier this month when Chase Hudson accused multiple TikTok stars, including Griffin Johnson, of cheating on their significant others. "Guess Chase wasn't lying," Thomas commented on Madison's TikTok.

Charli D'Amelio stepped in to support Dixie, because that's what sisters do. While she didn't comment on the drama, she did tweet out an "appreciation post" for Dixie.

Griffin then hopped on Twitter too. "Who wants popcorn," he wrote. Many weren't impressed by this and thought the TikTok star was making light of a terrible situation. Dixie later tweeted, "glad everything is a joke," though it's unclear if that was in response to Griffin's tweet or something else. Dixie has now gone private on Twitter.

Nikita Dragun, who is known for getting involved in the TikTok drama spoke on the situation too. "What's with all these weak ass men???" she commented. "They feel so [inferior] they gotta resort to cheating with some broke busted b*tch in order to feel their masculinity again. I'm tired of seeing my bad b*tches get f*cked over."

Nikita also took to Twitter, seemingly calling Griffin "sus" and telling him he "can't handle a bad b*tch."

When all of this was going down, Griffin's good friend, Bryce Hall, tweeted out against the Hype House. "F*ck the Hype House," he wrote and later deleted. "Full of lies and sh*t content, literally the epitome of scum. Don't worry though, they'll hit me up in a few days and ask me to film."

Bryce later clarified that his Hype House tweet had nothing to do with the drama going on between Dixie and Griffin. "And to everyone saying this is about the Dixie and Griff situation...I'm not involved and neither are any of you guys nor do ANY of you know the story of what happened," he wrote and once again deleted. "Stop picking sides before you hear both sides of the story."

It seems like since everything went down, Griffin has been getting a lot of hate. At the end of the night, he tweeted about mental health and hate comments. "Mental health is a serious issue in the culture of TikTok right now," he said. "Regardless of whether you think it’s funny or not, the hateful comments can really break people down. Your comment may be the one that pushes someone over the edge so think before you type. I’m taking a break."

Neither Griffin nor Dixie have confirmed what happened or if they are officially broken up.
