Tarek El Moussa isn't flipping his latest investment - he's moving right into a $2.28 million bachelor pad that he bought on Friday.
The Flip or Flop co-host took to Instagram to celebrate his latest purchase in Costa Mesa, California, which he decided to take "within hours" of seeing it last week.
"I'm so excited for my 'new beginnings,'" Tarek wrote in his caption. "Sometimes things are meant to be... I was randomly driving down a street and saw this place and I knew it was the one!"
He posted 10 photos of the beautiful home, which he says he plans to share with his children, 7-year-old Taylor and 2-year-old Brayden. It's a big change for the 36-year-old, who divorced wife and co-host Christina back in January. Following the split, he had been living in a remodeled house while his ex-wife continues to reside in their Spanish-style home, which the couple purchased and "flipped" together in 2014.
Over the past few months, the duo has posted cryptic social media messages, most likely aimed at each other, and the social media competition only intensified this weekend.
