From Ditch Diving To The Desert Streets: Nyjah Takes On The TX Heat
With a perfect blend of crusty ditch clips, familiar street spots and some driving and demo'ing in between, it looks like Nyjah and the Disorder crew had a fun time here.
It seems like whatever the task at hand is, Nyjah stays productive. As his skateboarding stardom continues to grow, finding time to enjoy it will often shrink, so it's always nice to see him out on the road doing what he does best.
That kickflip front nose on the black hubba is super sick—light work for Nyjah, admittedly—but the funniest part about the clip is how many people are freaking out to see him skating in pants. Ha! He has sort of become synonymous with those short shorts and compression leggings, but still. Funny.
Oh, the things we pay attention to...
It's also rare to see him slam, even though we all know it happens. But watching him go down on that quarter pipe in the opening slide took me by surprise. He's human after all! Sometimes it's easy to forget.
I love the casual Smith grind on that skinny 15 stair, too. Sure, why not? No biggie.
Love him, hate him...doesn't matter. Nyjah is a real one and resides on a level of his own.
