Disney World’s Swan And Dolphin Resort Will Have A One-Night Wine And Food Festival

From Delish

Want to feel like you’re eating your way through an extravagant worldly vacay without actually leaving the country? Walt Disney World’s Swan and Dolphin Resort can help with that. It’s having a one-night-only food and wine festival (with live musical entertainment!) next month that promises an unforgettable—and physically-distant—experience.

Dubbed the "Food & Wine Classic," the all-inclusive outdoor festival will take place on Saturday, April 17 from 5:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. It will feature 12 food stations and more than 50 beverage options from around the world. Some of the themed stations include a beer garden and the luau-inspired The Pig & The Poke. From eats like the Prime New York Strip Loin available at Shula’s Steak House station to the Vegetarian Bao from the Chinatown station, there’s something on the menu for everyone.

For dessert, there’s a station with sweet treats by executive pastry chef and world pastry champion Laurent Branlard, who has also been on the baking contest series Buddy vs. Duff. On the menu, you can choose from desserts like Tropical Pavlova, Dark Chocolate Crunch Cake, and Lime-Raspberry Angel Food Cake.

The limited-ticket event will enforce physical distancing and safety protocols. Tickets are available for purchase online at $125 per ticket. If you want to stay at the resort, room packages are available starting at $400, which includes two tickets to the event. Either way, it’s a good opportunity to try new foods and taste-test libations!
