Disney World’s ‘Beauty and the Beast’-Themed Restaurant Menu Gets a Makeover This Summer

Be a guest at Disney World’s Beauty and the Beast-themed restaurant this summer and you'll get to taste a brand new, regionally inspired menu.

Drawing on the French roots of the tale as old as time, Be Our Guest's three-course dinner menu lets you dine like a princess (or unbeastly prince) at the castle, selecting from a range of tastefully distinctive appetizers, entrées, and a personal dessert platter. During the first part of this signature dining experience, you’ll be able to select from traditional favorites like French Onion soup or go for something richer. That includes charred octopus with citrus-laced fingerling potatoes, pickled hearts of palm and red pepper coulis and escargot with herb garlic butter and toasted gremolata.

In addition, you can dabble in a selection of assorted meats and artisanal cheeses such as chicken liver pâté, chorizo sausage Manchego, and truffle tremor before the table transforms for your entrée.

New main courses will feature dishes that look almost too good to eat, fit for the human and beast in all of us. Succulent entrées like a grilled center-cut filet mignon with potato au gratin, romano beans, cipollini marmalade and a cherry-laced red wine reduction will be one of many delicious items on the magical menu, as will Korobuta pork tenderloins, and a smoked black-eye pea tortellini featuring roasted seasonal vegetables, tomato relish and basil-scented tomato water. You may also want to try savory dishes like the poulet rogue chicken and saffron-infused seafood bouillabaisse.

The delightful and delectable dessert spread, along with dishes fit for the kids, is still being cooked up. Nevertheless, this enhanced prix fixe menu is sure to be a dining experience that Beauty and the Beast will want to sink your claws (and more appropriately teeth) into. You can make reservations for this new Disney feast set to launch July 27 online and over the phone starting February 23.
