Not all sweet treats involve hours of mixing, rising, and time spent running your hot oven. No, sometimes the best desserts involve throwing some pantry ingredients into a blender with some ice cream and calling it a day. In fact, the Disney Parks Blog just shared a recipe for one of its classic desserts that you can whip up in just a jiffy.

Yes, this week, Disney shared the recipe for the Peanut Butter & Jelly Milk Shake from the 50’s Prime Time Café at Disney’s Hollywood Studios in Orlando, FL—ya know, the one where you can watch TV while eating dinner and everything looks like an adorable vintage dream? Anyway, on to the milkshake!

Just like a peanut butter and jelly sandwich, this milkshake is SO simple to whip up...like, FOUR ingredients simple to whip up. As you can probably tell from the name, three of them are peanut butter, jelly, and milk. The fourth? Ice cream! And that's literally it. If you don't happen to have jelly on hand, the blog noted that two cups of sliced strawberries can be substituted for jelly, if that's more your jam. Get it?

As with some of the other park recipes Disney has shared, this recipe has been converted from the larger quantity used in the restaurant kitchens, so it may vary slightly from the restaurant’s version. But with things like milkshakes, churro bites, and crispy grilled cheese, are we really going to complain? NO! You can find the full milkshake recipe here.
