Disney Reveals Release Dates for Toy Story 5, Frozen 3, and Zootopia 2

Disney is banking big on sequels.

Not only did a new trailer see Moana 2 announced with its stunning first footage, but more follow-ups are on the way.

In an earnings call with investors, Disney CEO Bob Iger revealed release windows for some of its biggest animated movies.

According to Iger, Zootopia 2 releases November 26, 2025. After comes Toy Story 5 and Frozen 3, although they’ve been given a slightly more vague window of 2026.

Iger also confirmed two Star Wars movie will launch in 2026. These are The Mandalorian and Grogu, a spinoff of the popular Disney+ series directed by Jon Favreau, and Star Wars: New Jedi Order, which is the next instalment of the mainline trilogy and stars Daisy Ridley.

As well as that, Disney’s Marvel offering is looking packed for 2025 and 2026, with Captain America: Brave New World, Fantastic Four, Thunderbolts, and Blade all on the way.
