The actress 'had the time of her life' soaking up the Florida sun.

Jennifer Grey is taking in every moment of her tropical getaway to St. Pete Beach, Florida.

The Dirty Dancing star, 62, shared a selfie with her Instagram followers documenting her stay at The Don CeSar in the oasis that is St. Pete's.

The photo showed Grey resting her head on a blue striped towel while donning what appeared to be a black bikini, with only her straps peeking through in the image. Rocking a gold necklace with a small pendant in the middle and brown sunglasses to shield her eyes from the sun, she was the epitome of effortlessly chic.

The actress gushed over "the kindness" of the people who helped back her stay as magical as possible, writing, "Sometimes when you go for 24 hrs to a city you’ve never been to, and where you know no one, you might find yourself being taken care of by perfect strangers…."

"The kindness of my driver, tom, had arranged for me to get a few solitary hours on the baby powder sand, so that i might bob and float in the gentle aquamarine surf. upon our arrival at 'the pink lady' i was greeted by Julie, who escorted me down to the water’s edge, where a covered sun bed awaited my arrival. Tom, Julie and the staff at @thedoncesarhotel were 100% responsible for making this mini adventure so full of heart!" she wrote.

"Would you say that you… had the time of your life…?#imsorry," one fan quipped in the comments.

"Somebody put baby on a beach?" another fan jokingly wrote, referencing the classic 1987 film.

Which, if you didn't know, is set to get a sequel, but Grey said she wouldn't be partaking in any remakes or sequels unless it's done the "right" way.

"We're not giving up any dates at the moment because...really, what I'm doing, my whole job with this, is to get it right, get it really right, in Patrick's honor, in honor of all of the fans' relationship with the movie," Grey said while chatting with Good Morning America co-hosts.

"If you're going to do that movie again, it has to be right," she concluded.

Many fans would probably agree with her sentiment, as far too often do they complain of long-winded series or remakes that never do the original franchise justice.
