The rapper named the baby after himself.

Diddy is a daddy again!

The rapper, 53, took to Twitter on Saturday afternoon to reveal that his family has grown by one and that his newest addition, a daughter, was named after himself, Love Sean Combs

"I’m so blessed to welcome my baby girl Love Sean Combs to the world," Combs tweeted without revealing the identity of the baby's mother. "Mama Combs, Quincy, Justin, Christian, Chance, D’Lila, Jessie and myself all love you so much! God is the Greatest!"

In addition to Love, Diddy is the father to 6 other children, including Justin Dior, 28, whom he shares with his ex Misa Hylton, and co-parents Chance Combs, 16, with Sarah Chapman. He also shares Christian "King" Combs, 24, and his 15-year-old twins: D'Lila Star and Jessie James, along with his adopted son, Quincy, 31, with his late ex, Kim Porter, who died of pneumonia in 2018 at the age of 47.

Over the years, the rapper has gone by many names–P. Diddy, Puff Daddy, Puffy, Diddy–but he recently revealed in an interview with Ellen Degeneres that he has legally changed his name to Sean Love Diddy, and he must have loved it so much that he chose to name his daughter after his new legal name!

During the interview, the host of The Ellen Show asked the hip-hop mogul what his name was, to which he responded, "I decided that I am just going to go by the name Diddy." Degeneres then pointed out that he recently changed his legal name to "Love."

"See, Diddy is my nickname. Love is my real name. I just changed my name to Love," the rapper explained. "Sean Love Combs, that's what it says on my driver's license; that's my official name, Love."

According to TMZ, the baby girl was born back in October at a Newport Beach, CA, hospital.
