Did Turmeric Cure Woman's Cancer?

The Doctors discuss the case of a 67-year-old woman who battled blood cancer and reportedly replaced her conventional treatments with 8 grams of curcumin, one of the main compounds in turmeric.

The doctors in the case are questioning whether the curcumin helped cure the woman, who is reportedly now leading a normal life.

So how do The Doctors feel about turmeric and its possible health benefits?

ER physician Dr. Travis Stork says turmeric is anti-inflammatory and shares that he adds it to any of his foods.

He stresses that no one should stop cancer treatments and only take turmeric to treat the disease, but notes that if someone can optimize the things we put in our body that you can possibly increase your odds of successfully fighting cancer.
