The Battle Rounds on this season of The Voice have been more dramatic than ever before, and viewers have had a lot to say. First, coach Kelly Clarkson was slammed for not choosing standout performer SandyRedd to advance. Country singer Mikele Buck's elimination sparked outrage as well, as fans were shocked that Blake Shelton didn't steal him for his team. Even the format of the show has been causing controversy, with television audiences furious that certain contestants' battles are getting cut short.

Despite all of the drama, there have still been plenty of incredible performances that remind us why we love the show in the first place. This past week, contestants Kameron Marlowe and Kayley Hill sang a heartwarming rendition of Hootie & the Blowfish's "Only Wanna Be With You." While they both sounded incredible, there was something else that fans picked up on during their battle.

"Careful there @Kameron_Marlowe, I see that ring on @KayleyHillmusic's finger...Just saying, it's feeling a little too real," commented one perceptive Twitter user.

The coaches noticed their chemistry as well. When Marlowe sang out the lyrics, "I've been looking for a girl like you," Hudson turned to Clarkson and pointed out how real (and flirtatious!) it sounded. "He meant that," she said to her fellow coach.

Others agreed that the two of them belong together-making music, of course.

While many people loved both contestants, Shelton ultimately chose Marlowe to stay on his team. For once, fans seemed to support the coach's decision.

Tune in to The Voice on Monday and Tuesdays at 8/7 c on NBC to see what Marlowe sings next!
