So, did you end up picking the right Halloween costume for your zodiac sign?
Halloween is arguably the best time of the year. Not only do we get an excuse to dress up, but we can *actually* get into character, eat candy, and generally just celebrate with some spooky festivities. On Halloween, the air is cold, the clouds hang low, and it starts to feel like fall. Pumpkin pie is in the oven, houses smell like cinnamon brooms, and we get to slowly take our sweaters out of our drawers. Whether we’re going out to dance the night away, or stay in with some movies and a cozy blanket, Halloween is truly the greatest.
But choosing a costume is, on the other hand, perhaps the most difficult part of this holiday. With so much to choose from, where do we start? Well, apparently, the answer is in the stars. To see if you’re really in tune with your zodiac sign, we enlisted the help of astrologer Emily Heather, aka The Voluptuous Witch, who gave us the 4-1-1 on each sign’s perfect costume. Read on below to see if you chose what we picked out for your sign.
1. Capricorn (December 22nd to January 19th)

Old Hollywood Starlet — If there’s a sign that can pull off some old-school glamour, it’s you, dear Capricorn. Whether you’re wearing a white dress à la Marilyn Monroe or a little black dress with a veil, we hoped you’d channel your inner starlet to really make a statement this Halloween. Finished off with some red lipstick and a spritz of perfume, and you’d be the most fabulous gal around.
2. Aquarius (January 20th to February 18th)
An Alien — As the weirdo of the zodiac, it makes sense that you’d be from another world, dear Aquarius. We hope you wore your favorite metallic bodysuit, some space buns, and some holographic highlighter to unleash your inner ET. Finish off the look with some bold accessories and you’ll be looking out-of-this-world cool.

Flaming Hot Cheetos — As one of the spiciest signs of the zodiac, you can really go for it when it comes to upping the flavor. Our suggestion? Dressing up as Flaming Hot Cheetos. Wear red and more red, a pre-made costume, or simply tape Hot Cheetos bags on your person to really get the idea across.
5. Taurus (April 20th to May 20th)
Blair Waldorf — You are ruled by Venus, dear Taurus, which means you love luxury. And who else would fulfill all your socialite fantasies if not Blair Waldorf? Pair a headband with a crisp white button-up to really channel your inner Blair. Then, add in a pinch of a blissfully bitchy attitude to really take it to the next level.
