Emily Ratajkowski is a stunner both on the runway and in her more stripped-back, all natural moments. The 32-year-old model has been a subject of speculation about plastic surgery for years. Now, fans can get insight from a certified aesthetic nurse and plastic surgery expert who shared her thoughts about Ratajkowski’s reported rhinoplasty and lip fillers.

On TikTok, the expert weighed in on Ratajkowski’s facial transformation over the years, deeming it “incredible” and sharing which procedures she believes the My Body author underwent.

Expert Reveals Plastic Surgery Procedures Emily Ratajkowski Likely Had

In a TikTok video post for her 31.7K followers, aesthetic nurse and plastic surgery expert Sarah Louise compared recent red carpet photos of Ratajkowski’s face to shots from her earlier modeling days.

Louise, who notes in her bio that she is certified in the field of “skincare and injectables” started the clip by expressing her disbelief at viral rumors that Ratajkowski’s ex Sebastian Bear-McClard could cheat on someone so beautiful. “Emily, oh my god what was he thinking when he did that to you?” Louise said while wearing pink scrubs and filming in a medical office.

“You are absolutely incredible and your transformation has been so minor, with little tweakments in all the right areas ” Louise continued. While zooming in on two side-by-side photos of Ratajkowski, Louise added: “Your nose by the way is incredible. Your chin and your lips are so balanced.”

Louise captioned her video: “What has @emrata had done?” and theorizing that she may have gone under the knife regarding her nose, chin and lip areas.

Fans Share Their Thoughts

Other social media users are arguing that a more sculpted, contouring cheekbones makeup style and natural aging might be leading to Ratajkowski’s slightly different appearance over the years, but many are still divided.

Some shared their thoughts and theories in the comment section of a new post under the popular Instagram account @plasticne (where fans often compare photos of celebrities that might have gone under the knife).

On June 5th, the account creator posted a two-photo visual comparison of Ratajkowski from what appears to be her late teen years/ early twenties era, and then a more modern, Cannes Film Festival 2022 pic. Fans then began focusing on her more “sucked-in” cheeks transformation, her seemingly “higher” cheekbones and “plumper” lips.

What Has Ratajkowski Said About Plastic Surgery?

In January 2023, Ratajkowski sat down for an interview with Refinery29. When asked if the mom of one ever tried "any in-office treatments, injectables or surgeries," she replied: "No. I have a particular face and look and don't like the idea of messing with it. But I like Botox."

She also opened up about getting Botox for the first time at 27 (and did not admit to any other surgeries, despite fan theories above).

"For people who don't live in New York or L.A., Botox seems really extreme," the model acknowledged. "But even now, all my friends in San Diego, my hometown, they get Botox. It's so normal. I mean, I was terrified. But I was also like, everybody looks f—g great. My best friends were getting Botox and I wanted to try it," she continued.

She also discussed her viral High Low with EmRata podcast episode, titled: 'Can You Be Feminist and Get Plastic Surgery?' Ratajkowski shared: "With plastic surgery in general, the way we talk about what's normal and taboo has completely changed."

She added, "It's what I mentioned on the episode. Like, nose job check. Even Doja Cat tweeted about how she's going to get surgery to get a breast lift. I think there's something really nice about how open women are being."
