Fans of Emily Blunt on social media have been suspecting her of having undergone some subtle plastic surgery procedures over the years. Recently, a YouTube user named Lorry Hill analyzed the Oppenheimer star’s facial changes over the years, attributing them to a potential rhinoplasty procedure, alleged cheek fillers, Botox injections, and eyelid surgery.

According to Hill, Blunt’s “face change” has been deemed both “huge” and “subtle” by various individuals based on their level of scrutiny towards her features throughout the years. Blunt, 40, has not responded to these rumors or accusations. At the start of her video, Hill said acknowledged Blunt’s famously beautiful features before diving into any rumored procedures she may have undergone.

Fans Think Emily Blunt Underwent Significant Yet Tasteful Plastic Surgery Procedures

"I think Emily's defining and most beautiful feature are her sparkly almond shaped eyes. I also love Emily's lips. They're beautifully shaped and equally proportioned," Hill said. "Emily's skin is also stunningly beautiful with a rosy undertone and her skin has glowed throughout her career. I think she takes great care of it."

Hill added: "Now I believe that Emily's earliest possible plastic surgery procedure was a rhinoplasty." Hill then focused on Blunt's face before her 2006 starring role in The Devil Wears Prada and rise to fame, and after the mid-2000s to support her claim. "Emily starts out with a strong nose and there are a few early photos of it where you can definitely notice her nose is more on the stronger and wider," Hill said while looking at an early 2000s pic of Blunt. She then compared photos of the Quiet Place actress from 2001 and 2006.

After 2006, Hill believed that her nose "was clearly made smaller starting at her nose bridge. I see that it's been made narrower and her nose tip has been made smaller and less prominent." Hill added: "Take a look at Emily's nostrils. They used to have a flare to them that is now diminished." Hill also utilized a photo of Blunt from 2008. She believed that Blunt's nostrils likely "underwent a base reduction," where a section of skin is removed from "each nostril and then the two sides are stitched back together."

Ultimately, Hill said that Blunt's alleged nose job done sometime in the early to mid 2000s was "quite subtle but very well done." Another "small but important giveaway" of a nose job in Hill's opinion was the "space between Emily's nose base and her upper lip." Hill believed that this space looks larger now in present day, and she said that this is usually a "sign of rhinoplasty."

Other fans headed to Hill's comment section to share their thoughts. One wrote that it was "such a shame" if Blunt did undergo plastic surgery as she was "always a natural beauty," while others stressed that Blunt's face has looked "tasteful" over the years.

Hill then shared the next possible procedure she thought Blunt underwent. "Between 2009 and 2011 I see a large change to Emily's appearance. The first is to her cheeks. I see much larger cheeks that take up more of Emily's petite face." Hill went on to say that she thought Blunt had a more "sunken" look after this point and may have had "fat grafting" done to her cheeks.

Hill added: "It looks like the fat was also added to her upper eyelids as well as her temples." Hill then noted that Blunt's "forehead lines were more prominent" in the 2010s, making her suspect that Blunt underwent Botox injections to make them less noticeable.

From 2016 to 2017, Hill didn't see "any changes" to the mom of two's face. Between 2017 and 2018, however, Hill believed that Blunt got "filler to her cheeks, jaw and other areas of volume loss to her face."

Between 2022 and 2023, Hill pointed out that "a lot of people were noticing changes to Emily's face which had them questioning if she's had plastic surgery. Hill concluded after going through all the photos that the "shape of [Blunt's] face changed pretty drastically" due to "extreme widening at the temples" and "very large cheeks" that she attributed to cheek impants.

While Blunt has yet to respond to these accusations from fans, she has commented on plastic surgery in the past. During her 2019 interview with Women & Home, Blunt hinted that she was not a proponent of plastic surgery. She stressed that she "loves imperfection." She told the outlet: "I appreciate that every line on someone’s face bears a story, and is the result of experience."

Blunt added: "In Hollywood, people are suffocated by plastic surgery, but striving for an impassive perfection isn’t something I ever found beautiful or have tried to achieve myself. I believe in taking care of your skin and your general health, but women who spend too much time trying to look perfect lose some of the magic about them."
