Diane Kruger's daughter Nova had the time of her life while out and about in New York City this week.

The 47-year-old movie star shared a short clip of her four-year-old and her fiancé Norman Reedus enjoying an evening stroll down the street after presumably visiting a local firehouse to embark on an educational quest underscoring fire safety–as this week (Oct. 8–14) is National Fire Prevention Week.

"NYC Strong @fdny ❤️🌈🙏 Thank you for all you do," she captioned the sweet Oct. 10 upload. "And especially for making Nova’s night ❤️."

In the video, uploaded to Kruger's Instagram grid on Monday, Nova and her adorable pigtails can be seen strutting down the street alongside The Walking Dead star in a pale green dress, sneakers, a fluffy white coat, and bright red fireman's hat.

As Kruger continued documenting the family's walk at twilight, the 54-year-old actor, dressed in all black, gently tapped Nova's arm, signaling for her to hold onto his hand–a moment fans could not get over.

"The hand tap 😭🥹," one gushed before another similarly shared, "The little gentle hand grab 💙."

"So sweet!😍," added Molly Ringwald.

A third joked, "A firefighter still needs her Papa😍😍."
