Ask any celeb what they’d be doing if they didn’t have Hollywood, and the answer (it seems) could very well involve real estate. Stars from Ellen DeGeneres to Cher have made second careers out of serial house flipping, snatching up tired old mansions and reimagining them into brilliant estates.

Actress Diane Keaton is a part of this club, too. The Annie Hall star perhaps most famously took on the bold task of renovating a Frank Lloyd Wright masterpiece in 2007. But iconic architectural gems aren’t her only forte; apparently, Keaton also has a thing for adorable beach cottages, too.

One such coastal charmer is this Laguna Beach pad, purchased by the actress in 2001. According to the Los Angeles Times, Keaton spent two whole years renovating the interiors of the 1920s bungalow before putting it back on the market in 2003. Now, the white-washed escape is once again up for grabs for a grand total of $4.29 million.

While we don’t know exactly which details of the home are Keaton originals, one thing’s for sure: The 3,400-square-foot shingled house is dripping with coastal charm. Upon entering the gates to the property, residents are greeted by a spacious brick-paved courtyard with a calming koi pond and fountain.

From there, French doors lead into a welcoming great room, where bright-white paint clads everything from the beadboard walls and beamed ceilings to the living room’s brick fireplace. Adjacent to the living space is a jaw-dropping chef’s kitchen made for hosting A-list parties, with a farmhouse sink, floor-to-ceiling wine fridge, and sprawling island that doubles as extra bar-height seating.
