Sculpt Your Butt In Just 20 Minutes With This Bodyweight Workout

This workout is designed to kick your bum in the best possible way in order to strengthen, sculpt, and lift your butt like no other. It's part of Women's Health's 30-day butt challenge. So, you can perform it solo or as part of a longer workout plan, depending on how much time you have to play with. Either way is just peachy.

Time: 20 minutes

Equipment: mat

Good for: butt and lower-body toning

Instructions: This is an AMRAP workout, which means you'll complete as many reps as possible of each move in 40 seconds, then rest for 20 seconds and continue to the next one. When you've gone through all the exercises, take a 60 second break and then start the circuit over from the top. Do four rounds total. For single-sided exercises, alternate sides for each new set.

All you need is a chair.
