Dennis Rodman Shows Off His Huge New Face Tattoo

Dennis Rodman has always been known for his eye-catching looks. The former NBA superstar rocked a number of colorful hairstyles and flamboyant outfits throughout his time playing with the Chicago Bulls, although his latest transformation is a little more permanent.

Tattoo artist Van Johnson recently shared a video on Instagram Reels showing off Rodman's newest ink: a portrait of his girlfriend, model Yella Yella, on his left cheek.

"So I ain’t do too much today," Johnson wrote in the caption for the video, "cooled out at my townhome tattooed a living legends face of his woman on his face, that’s about it…. What y’all do?"

Yella Yella can also be seen in the video, expressing her delight at the ink—but she has since claimed that she was against the idea at first, and even tried to talk Rodman out of the "crazy" idea.

"I actually told him not to do it," she told TMZ Sports, adding that Rodman originally wanted the tattoo to be even bigger. "I'm like, 'What're you doing!'"

Rodman himself stated that he got the tattoo to honor his relationship with Yella Yella, which he describes as his "last dance with a woman" after a love life that has been notoriously tumultuous.

He had a high-profile relationship with pop star Madonna in the '90s, and was briefly married to model and actress Carmen Electra (who claims they had sex all over the Chicago Bulls' practice facility). Rodman's Vegas wedding to Electra was just one event in his wild '98 season with the Bulls, which is now being turned into a movie.
