Denise Austin, 66, Stuns in Same Swimsuit She Wore 30 Years Ago

Denise Austin is defying the aging process!

The 66-year-old fitness instructor took to her Instagram to share a "then and now" photo of herself wearing the same bathing suit she rocked in the 1990s–and she looks almost exactly the same!

Both photos capture the model posing in a pink one-piece bathing suit that featured white trim. She wore her blonde locks down and in light waves in both photos and posed with a smile on her face. The image on the left captured Austin in her 30s, while the image on the right featured her present day, in her 60s—and you can barely tell the difference!

"Flashback Friday!!! WOW!! what an incredible memory to look back on!! This Then and Now brings back such nostalgia…I wore this suit back in the ‘90s while shooting my TV show!! How many of you remember watching???" she wrote in the caption.

The fitness mogul continued: "I still feel as confident and fit as ever and love that I have this suit to remind me how far I’ve come!! Longevity baby!!! Thank you to everyone that has always supported me.. THEN and NOW!!!! xoxo"

Fans gushed over Austin in the comments of the post, with one fan writing, "I’m thinking she looks even better now. A life long commitment to a healthy lifestyle and great, positive energy."

Austin's daughter, Katie Austin, is following her mother's lead, as she was named SI Swimsuit's Rookie of the Year alongside co-rookie, Christen Harper.

The duo hit the catwalk together for the 2022 SI Swimsuit Runway show at PARAISO Miami Beach during Miami Swim Week last year. "I always wanted to be a part of Sports Illustrated because it aligns with my brand so much," Katie told the outlet back in Oct. 2022.
