Demi Moore, along with her long-haired Chihuahua Pilaf, attended the Gucci Cruise 2025 fashion show, held at London’s Tate Modern, in style. The actor stepped out in sleek black patent leather riding boots that appeared to hit below the knee, although her long patterned mesh slip dress partly covered them. The boots feature a rounded toe, low block heel and a small buckle around the ankle.
She was dressed by her regular stylist, Brad Goreski, who also attended the event with her.
Moore is a fan of glossy, shiny shoes. She and Goreski also attended the THR Power Stylists party together in March, where she gave a classic shoe silhouette a modern touch in gold Christian Louboutin peep-toe pumps. She also embraced the metallic trend at Versace’s spring 2024 runway show last September, stepping out in glossy silver heeled sandals with Pilaf by her side. At the spring 2024 Saint Laurent runway show, the actress opted for a sleek pointed-toe black pump, looking on-trend in the glossy shoe.
The star-studded event was a chance for Sabato De Sarno to showcase his latest collection for Gucci—his first cruise collection for the fashion house—inspired by English style and gardens, with a touch of Princess Diana. Fittingly, the event was held at the Tate Modern in London, where the industrial basement was transformed into a lush paradise, filled with around 10,000 green plants the fashion house will donate to local community projects.
Moore and her tiny dog Pilaf sat front row at the Gucci fashion show, next to rock icon Debbie Harry. (This is not Pilaf’s first fashion show or star-studded event.) Salma Hayek, Dua Lipa, Solange, Paul Mescal, Law Roach, Daisy Edgar-Jones, Kate Moss and her daughter Lila Moss also attended the buzzy fashion show.
Demi Moore’s Shoe Style
Heels and sandals of all varieties are a fashion staple for Moore, often classic silhouettes with a modern touch, like pumps and strappy heeled sandals from designer brands like Christian Louboutin. Off duty, the actor has also been known to go casual with sandals. She wore Teva sandals while out and about in Los Angeles last summer.
Patent Leather Shoes
Patent leather is leather that has been glazed or polished to withstand water and give it a lustrous shine. The name comes from the fact that the process of creating patent leather was recognized by the British patent office in the late 1700s. Commonly used in dress shoes and heels, patent leather today is sometimes coated with polyurethane.
