Demi Lovato has quite the relationship with the Jonas family. But recently, she talked about how she didn’t really have to act during Camp Rock because she was really falling in love with Joe Jonas. And this isn’t the first time she’s opened up about her former relationship with the middle Jonas brother.
It seems like Lovato is still close with the whole Jonas family. She’s really good friends with Nick Jonas. So much so that Ellen DeGeneres straight-up asked if her song “Ruin the Friendship” is about him. She’s also shared sweet social media messages with Joe Jonas before.
Now, Lovato has shared that she wasn’t really acting much while filming Camp Rock — because she really was falling for Joe Jonas.
“You’re a really good actress,” Lovato’s friend says. “Thanks, I wasn’t acting much,” she responds.
The moment when Demi fell in love isn’t really that surprising. When Mitchie hears Shane playing guitar, Demi says that that is when she fell in love with him. But even better? Their first kiss as a couple is also their first kiss in Camp Rock 2. How sweet is that?!
