Demi Lovato Reveals They Feel the “Most Confident” When Having Sex

Demi Lovato is all about being her most confident self. I mean, they wrote a whole song about it (stream “Confident,” by Demi Lovato). When speaking on the LadyGang podcast, the star spilled what makes them feel the most powerful.
“I feel the most confident when I’m having sex. I think because you’re so present that you’re not thinking about what is actually, like, what clouds your judgment throughout the rest of the day, or at least that’s how it is for me,” she explained. “It’s not that way for everybody.”
The singer was also asked what they are “Sorry Not Sorry” for, and their response? “I’m not sorry that I post my boyfriend on Instagram all the time,” they said. “It might be cringey, but I don’t care.”
Don’t worry, Demi—it’s truly so cute. 🥹 Demi is currently dating musician Jutes. The couple first met back in 2022 when he came to the studio to work on her album HOLY FVCK. She opened up about their relationship last week on Howard Stern’s SiriusXM radio show, and it’s really sweet.
“I’m in an amazing relationship. My boyfriend is a year older than me, and we’re growing together, and it feels so healthy,” they said. “We actually met in my studio. So he’s an artist, but he’s also a songwriter. He came in to write one of my sessions, and I was in the studio and was immediately attracted to him. I, like, texted my friends on the side and was like, ‘He’s so hot!’”
She also added, “We started off as friends, and we built that foundation of friendship first. There’s this partnership there that is just so magnetic, and the way that we laugh together, it’s just nonstop. I think if you can find someone that makes you feel safe, that you’re so attracted to, that you laugh with constantly, that’s the formula of a really great relationship.”
Demi seems to be in love (and confident AF in the bedroom), and we couldn’t be happier for them.
