Demi Lovato has reportedly decided to enter a rehab facility following her hospital stay, where she's been under medical care since her apparent drug overdose on July 24.

TMZ reports that plans have already been put in place with the facility where Demi will stay, though her family had initially delayed asking the star about going to rehab due to not wanting to upset her.

Demi appears to still be in the hospital, but a source tells TMZ "she's getting out any day now" and will move directly to a live-in rehab facility. Meanwhile, a source tells Us Weekly that she "knows she needs to finally get serious help."

It's not known where Demi is seeking treatment, nor how long she'll stay in the facility for. Back in June the singer seemingly revealed that she'd relapsed in a song titled "Sober," singing "Momma I’m so sorry I’m not sober anymore / And Daddy please forgive me for the drinks spilled on the floor / To the ones who never left me, we’ve been down this road before / I’m so sorry, I’m not sober anymore."
