1. Prep with leave-in conditioner. Priming your hair with a moisturizing leave-in will set you up for success before the braiding even begins. This is a great step to include before getting any protective style done, tbh, because it'll help keep your hair hydrated inside your braids.
2. Section evenly. Lopsided braids and buns are not what we want with this look. Section off your hair with a set of styling clips to keep the parting process organized and help keep your braids tight.
3. Add some sparkle. Incorporate some ~bling~, like hair cuffs and rings, sporadically throughout your braids to up the ante (which, obviously, we always wanna do).
