Deer Startles Dogs at Family's Campsite and Total Hilarity Ensues
Camping can be a great family activity for anyone who has pets--just take it from @lisaboucher33! This mom and dog mom regularly enjoys camping trips with her dogs and loved ones, though some excursions are more memorable than others. Of course, it was her pups who made it so special!
Lisa caught a hilarious blooper on film when a curious deer wandered onto their campsite and startled their dogs. The littler pup didn't know what to do, but the family's giant Newfoundland had the funniest reaction!

LMAO! We certainly weren't expecting that to happen. The deer wandered up to the campsite so casually that we nearly expected it to approach one of the pups, but we're glad no one got too close to the little animal. The dogs, on the other hand, would've chased it into oblivion if they could've!
Newfoundland dogs tend to be gentle giants when it comes to people and other dogs, but even these pups will be tempted by the chase. Unfortunately, these dogs' dad was right in the middle of the chaos when Edward, the Newfie, decided to make a run for it.
"The chair flip took 3-5 business days and he still didn’t save the beer," joked @shelbidee. OMG--that's savage! It's true, though--this dog dad just accepted his fate from the very beginning. On the upside, at least he and his pups have racked up over 23 million views!
Encounters like this aren't always this funny, but they are quite common when dogs come camping, too. In order to avoid anyone getting hurt, make sure dogs are properly secured and that their leads are not tangled around any furniture or feet.
