Together with husband, Ranveer Singh, she is also part of one of the world’s most stylish couples, but her love of fashion extends far beyond those oft photographed opulent gowns.

Yes, Padukone and her stylist Shaleena Nathani pull out one dramatic look after another on Instagram and at events like the Met Gala and Cannes Film Festival, but there’s room for casual clothes in her impressive wardrobe, too. Padukone doesn’t need a special occasion to make a statement, and her more laid-back looks showcase an international movie star’s take on everyday dress. Out in London yesterday with Singh and fellow Bollywood star Varun Dhawan, Padukone gave the paparazzi an athleisure moment in a tangerine Nike sweatsuit. Effortless—and the perfect contrast to Singh’s head-to-toe Gucci logo print—it was one of her most relaxed outfits to date. Naturally, Padukone couldn’t resist adding a little luxury. She finished off the look with (what else?) an oversize Hermés Birkin.
