If you’ve watched Selling Sunset, you know that real estate agent Davina Potratz gets a bit of the villain treatment. I mean, she’s no Christine Quinn speeding off in a Lamborghini after the explosive end of season 4. But safe to say she is a close second in the online hate battle.

At the end of season 3, Davina quit the Oppenheim group and move on to a new venture. After that $75 million house didn’t sell, and her fight with fan-favorite Chrishell Stause, perhaps the girl needed a break!

Davina, 44, worked at a rival real estate firm Douglas Elliman in Beverly Hills for a bit, where she focused on development. But ultimately, she missed that small office energy and in season 4 she meets with boss Jason Oppenheim to talk about coming back to the group.

“I love the casual friendly type of work environment we have at the O Group,” Davina told Women’s Health. “We really bonded through filming the show. No one else understands this kindred experience.”

Chrishell, Mary Fitzgerald, and Heather Rae Young were very hesitant about Davina rejoining, but when she promised no drama, they were willing to give her a shot.

So, about that Chrishell drama...

On her first day back, wearing a positively Blaire Waldorff pink outfit (and I mean this as the highest compliment), Davina comes in all smiles, offering an olive branch to Chrishell.

Quick refresh: At Christine’s epic season 3 wedding (the fake snow! The black gown! Iconic), Davina asks Chrishell if she has considered her ex and This Is Us star Justin Hartley’s side of the story in their divorce. Chrishell famously found out her husband was filing for divorce in a text message. Soooo Davina’s comment didn’t really go over well.

“I don’t have formal acting training,” Davina told Women’s Health. “So I wasn’t aware of my tone. My tone was definitely harsh. But you need to know that it was a very small piece of a 2-hour long conversation.”

Though Davina admits the comment wasn’t her nicest, she was surprised to get such a cold reception from Chrishell in the office.

“I saw her right before we started filming in April and she was so nice and sweet, welcoming. There were no cameras there. I was really confused,” Davina said. “Is she upset with me or is she not?”

Davina says she feels bad she upset Chrishell and is happy for the opportunity to have apologized. “I do feel bad I hurt her.”

That explosive season 4 finale moment...

The new season ends at a breaking point between many of the women in the office and Christine, with whom Davina is close. TBH it was a tough season to be friends with Christine, who was stirring up drama right and left about her and Emma Hernan’s mutual ex.

ICYMI: Emma and Christine met in March 2016 when Christine says she found her ex cheating on her with Emma. Emma says Christine and the ex were over for months. Christine says they were engaged and Davina knew. Davina says the first she heard of it was during season 4.

The whole group is at a black-tie party at Jason’s house when Christine pulls up.

“I almost started crying there when I saw her walk up to the group of girls,” Davina told Women’s Health. “I just saw from the way they received her...this isn't going to go well.”

Heather tells Christine she wants to talk to her “but not in a bad way.” And when Christine brushes her off with an "I’m good," all hell breaks loose. The season ends with an explosive, heartbreaking argument between Mary and Christine, who were besties only a few seasons ago.

Davina said she had hoped the party might mend things between the women, but her plan really backfired.

“She was three hours late, and when she finally agreed to come and so guarded and very standoffish,” Davina said. “I wish she would’ve talked to Heather.”

What's in store for season 5?

Though Davina says she hasn’t actually seen season 5 yet, it’s coming soon! The cast took a three-week break between seasons that helped everyone cool off.

Viewers will see more of Christine, the start of Chrishell and Jason’s romance, Heather’s bridal shower, and more real estate with Davina. She’s seen how sharing your personal life on the show goes and she wants no part of it.

“I want to sell houses,” said Davina. “Maybe sharing your personal life makes you more popular, but I want to keep some things for myself.”
