Luxury jewelry brand David Yurman has partnered with America’s favorite skyscraper, the Empire State Building, to celebrate the New York landmark’s 90th anniversary. The partnership, which includes Yurman’s new Empire jewelry collection as well as window displays at the famed tower, was forged to underscore the craftsmanship and innovation behind two New York institutions.

Launched in May, the jewelry collection (which includes items for both men and women) is inspired by the building’s Art Deco architecture. The women’s collection features bracelets with pavé diamonds arranged in the shape of the Empire State Building’s facade. A corresponding disk amulet has a similar motif, also in diamonds. For men, there are hand-carved signet and band rings, and bracelets and cuff links, all sporting the aluminum wings found on the skyscraper’s spire. And the homages don’t end there: Like the Empire State Building, the collection was made in New York.

The baubles are on display in the Empire State Building’s Fifth Avenue windows with vignettes that celebrate the nine decades the structure has towered over the Big Apple. Whimsical moving dioramas include references to King Kong and the building’s elevator doors and even feature interactive viewfinders. Best still? Twenty percent of the jewelry’s sales will go to benefit the new David Yurman x Robin Hood Foundation Unity Fund, which aims to end poverty in New York City.
