The Netflix four-part docuseries Beckham follows the life of sports icon David Beckham, from when he was a young, soccer-obsessed kid to his time as one of the biggest pro footballers—and pop culture icons—in the world.

The series features interviews with those closest to David, including his wife, Victoria Beckham, and shares a few glimpses into his family life. It also tracks the growth of his family and how he eventually became a father of four.

But who are David Beckham’s kids and what are they up to these days? Here’s what you need to know.

How many children do David and Victoria Beckham have?

David and Victoria Beckham have three sons and one daughter: Brooklyn Joseph Peltz Beckham, Romeo James Beckham, Cruz David Beckham, and Harper Seven Beckham.

David has repeatedly talked about how important his kids are to him. “Family, that's what motivates me," he told The Singapore Women’s Weekly last year. “I'm dedicated to keep on proving to my children how hard they have to work to be successful, to have a career, and to believe in themselves.”

All of the Beckham kids' names have special meanings.

Victoria and David have shared the meaning behind their children’s names over the years. In the documentary, Victoria explained that they decided to name their oldest son Brooklyn because she was in Brooklyn, New York when she called to tell David that she was pregnant.

David said that the couple chose the name Romeo for their second eldest son simply because they liked it.

The couple’s third son, Cruz, was born in Madrid, Spain, when David was playing for Real Madrid. He ended up naming Cruz after Tom Cruise. “I must admit, when [Victoria and I] met Tom, I remember turning around to Victoria and saying, 'Cruise is a great name, but we could spell it different,'” David said in The Beckham Experiment.“And also, living in Spain, Cruz is spelled the way it is in Spanish.”

Harper was named after Harper Lee, who wrote To Kill a Mockingbird, which is Victoria’s favorite book. “It’s a very strong, passionate book and the author was Harper Lee, and that is where Harper came from,” David shared in a Facebook video, per People. (Her middle name, Seven, was David’s jersey number when he played for the British soccer team, Manchester United.)

Here's a breakdown on each Beckham child:
