David Beckham Gets Fans Buzzing With Photo of His Beekeeping Skills

The former professional soccer player might have a new hobby.

It looks like David Beckham is considering a new hobby of beekeeping to pursue in his spare time.

The star soccer player shared a photo on Instagram of himself reaching out to bees exiting an apiary, or a structure where beehives are kept, exciting his fans.

The 47-year-old captioned the image, "Be kind & they will be calm 🐝 The Sweet Life 🍯."

A lot of Beckham's fans shared heart eyes and clapping hands emojis in the comments, while one joked, "David the Beekeeper."

Another commented, "💯 we need these guys more than ever 🐝🐝."

The father-of-four revealed in his Instagram Stories that the photo was taken at The Cotswold Guy, a farm shop in England that's a favorite stop of Beckham's for sausage rolls.

Beckham tagged the farm shop's social account and wrote on top of the photo, "Paying my friend a visit," adding a white heart emoji before writing, "Fresh sausage rolls."

Other photos show Beckham shopping around The Cotswold Guy to get a variety of things, picking up some coffee and fresh onions.

It looks like it was an outing for both Beckham and his wife, Victoria Beckham, as the soccer player shared another photo of himself near the beehives laughing at a joke she made.

Although the beehives Beckham visited today aren't his, he might be inspired to start beekeeping on his own.

Recently, the Beckhams celebrated a major milestone for one of their kids, as their son Cruz turned 18. In celebration, Cruz shared his first legal beer with his father and his 20-year-old brother, Romeo, posting a photo of them at a pub together on Instagram.

Victoria also shared an honorary post on Instagram for Cruz's big birthday, sharing a compilation video of her son growing up over the years while also showcasing his immense singing talent.

The caption read, "Happy Birthday Cruzie!! We all love you so much and are so proud of the incredible young man you have become 🙏🏼 You are our everything. Happy 18th superstar ⭐️ 💫 🌟 ❤️."

The Beckham family, which also includes Brooklyn, 24, and Harper, 11, is clearly very close, and they often share sweet moments at home or out together on social media.
