Dave Coulier Reveals He's Never Seen an Entire 'Full House' Episode

His son Luc was a big fan of the show, though.

Dave Coulier became a TV star as Joey on Full House.

Considering he was on the show for five seasons—and an additional five in the revival Fuller House—you'd think Coulier is an expert on every episode of the series. However, at '90s Con, the actor revealed he's never watched an episode in its entirety.

During a panel, Candace Cameron Bure asked her on-screen uncle, "Have you really never seen it?"

Coulier clarified that he watched parts of a few episodes when his son Luc was little. "We used to call it 'Daddy's show,'" he recalled. "He would say, 'Can I watch Daddy's show?'"

The actor then remembered that his son would laugh at the episodes, apparently noting at the time, "Dad, you just did the stupidest thing!"

Andrea Barber, who played DJ's best friend and neighbor Kimmy Gibbler on the beloved sitcom, also looked back to when she showed Full House to her kids for the first time.

"My kids were into Blue's Clues and things like that," she shared. "But then my son was in second grade—he's my oldest—and when he was in second grade, he came home from school one day and he was like, 'Mom, how come everyone at school watches Full House except for me?'"

Meanwhile, Jodie Sweetin shared that her daughters, Zoie and Beatrix, never had any interest in watching the show. Cameron Bure also said that her daughter Natasha watched a bit of the show as a kid, but her sons didn't have any interest in watching, either.
