Danny DeVito, who turns 79 later this month, seemingly has no plans of slowing down. The actor just kicked off his new Broadway play, I Need That, in which he stars alongside his real-life daughter, Lucy DeVito. He also still appears in the longest running live-action sitcom of all time, It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia.

And in a new GQ interview ahead off Thursday's opening night, DeVito revealed hopeful future plans to collaborate with his old pals Billy Crystal and Arnold Schwarzenegger again some day.

That was just one thing he reveal in the wide-ranging conversation, which points out that with over 50 years in the acting business and a number of beloved roles under his belt, DeVito more than deserves the title of "national treasure." But as the interviewer notes, there's another popular term that applies to DeVito at four-feet-10-inches: "short king," which refers to men of under a certain height who exude confidence.

When asked if he had heard the term before, DeVito said that he had not. After it was explained to him, however—and that he has been called "the king of short kings"—he had the most delighted reaction. "I like it! I haven't heard the term, but it gives me joy. It lifts me up," DeVito said. "Thank you."

And of course, DeVito was naturally also asked about his so-called "Troll Foot," a bit he's been doing for over a decade in which he takes photos of his foot and posts it to social media; at one point likening it to an art project.

"Well, I was at home. I was working and the sunlight was perfect," he explained, of his most recent Troll Foot photo, which he's refraining from sharing. "I just looked down and there was Troll Foot. He's always with me. I took the picture. And man, I'm telling you, Kaitlin from Sunny used to break my chops all the time: 'You can't put that picture up.'"

"Because sometimes he's in great shape, sometimes he's in real bad shape," DeVito added. "It depends on how much filing and soaking—you know what you do with your feet. You wash them and everything, that's good. But if you don't take care of them.… I never lotion Troll Foot."

Protect this man at all costs.
