  • Sarah is the Queen's former daughter-in-law, and Princess Eugenie and Princess Beatrice's mom.

You know what the British royal family almost never talk about? Their beauty routines. Guess it's simply not something one discusses over afternoon tea, but that hasn't stopped Princess Eugenie and Princess Beatrice's mom Sarah Ferguson from opening up about her plastic surgery.

Sarah, who was married to Queen Elizabeth's son Prince Andrew, opened up about her various treatments during an interview with The Daily Mail, saying she used to use Botox "when there was nothing else available," and now gets laser face lifts.

"I really don’t like the frozen look," Sarah said. "I’m so animated and I like to be myself. I don’t like the thought of needles and am very glad if I look well and happy."

Sarah works with Dr Gabriela Mercik, and says "Her serum (Aesthetic Magic Facelift Serum) is great for healing cold sores. Incredible. I’ve been her guinea pig with new treatments, too. I’m really happy to be open about what I’ve had done."

Sarah also says she began using organic fillers in 2013 to help smooth out her lines, and then got a "thread lift" about five years ago: "It’s like garden trellising for sweat peas. You insert the threads under the skin with a fine needle and they hold everything up," she says. "They also encourage collagen production. It takes a couple of months, then the sweet peas bloom!. Before I had it done I thought, “Oh this is going to be painful,” but it wasn’t bad. My skin responded well. I think if you look at photos of me after I had it done, I look much better."

Honestly, I LOVE HER SO MUCH for talking about this.
