Cheryl Burke is feeling grateful for all the love she's received since her fall during a Dancing With the Stars rehearsal on Sunday.

The 36-year-old pro dancer, who is paired up with Backstreet Boys member A.J. McLean in season 29, lost her step and hit her head on the ballroom floor while preparing for Monday night's performance.

"Cheryl and I were practicing during stage rehearsal and it did not go well," A.J., 42, revealed on the show. "It happened so fast, I just heard her head hit the floor."

After a medic evaluated Cheryl, she was advised to take the rest of Sunday off. Luckily, she was deemed well enough to perform on Monday. In the end, A.J. and Cheryl earned a 26 out of 30 for their spooky Tango to "Psycho (Main Theme)" by The Intermezzo Orchestra.

During Monday night's show, Cheryl told judge Carrie Ann Inaba that she was doing "okay" following the accident.

"You know, you go in and out a little bit," she said on the show. "I think I hurt my rotator cuff actually more than my neck, but I'm hard-headed, thank god, so we're good, we're good.'"

On Instagram, Cheryl took to her Stories Monday night to assure her fans that she was still recovering.

"I just want to thank you so much for your support and your well wishes. As you can see here, I'm a little taped up," she said in her Instagram Stories while showing the tape on her arm. "But nothing is going to take me down, because I want to be here for Team Pretty Messed Up and for A.J. and for all you guys who have been so amazing as far as voting goes and your support. I read all of your messages, and I just want to thank you guys for your unconditional love."

Around the same time, Cheryl also posted a clip of her and A.J. rehearsing their routine and wrote that she was "so happy" she was able to perform.

"It was a tough 24 hours but I’m so grateful to have the support from AJ, the rest of the #DWTS crew, and all of you guys at home," she wrote. "Feeling lucky to be a part of tonight’s show!!

Meanwhile, A.J. shared the same clip to his Instagram page while commending his partner for her incredible performance. He wrote, "You’re the one who did all the slaying and pulled through with this performance that we didn’t even know would happen tonight!"
