I love that limoncello. It's magical, the very definition of "hospitaliano," even if you've never stepped foot in an Olive Garden. (Did you know, there are whole parts of southeastern Pennsylvania where every Italian restaurant, regardless of corporate affiliation, is kind of an Olive Garden? Well, now you know.)

The thing is: It doesn't even have to be good. Which is handy, because it's generally not. But what if it was? What if it wasn't just good, but great? And, now that we're on a little hypothetical journey together—please keep your hands and feet inside the doors—let's explore one more question: What if it wasn't just good, or great, but downright jaw-droppingly impressive.
