Dakota Johnson just hit up a Gucci event in Seoul, South Korea, and she came to play. The Persuasion star rolled up in a jaw-droppingly perfect naked dress.

Dakota posed for pics in front of the Gyeongbokgung Palace in the minidress, which featured black panels at the bust and skirt with a sparkly overlay. Dakota paired the whole look with strong abs, sculpted legs, and a long black trench coat.

Dakota has worked with celebrity trainer Luke Worthington, who shared details with Women’s Health UK about his go-to strength moves, including squats, lunges, barbell rows, hip thrusts, overhead presses, and burpees. Worth noting: All of these will work your legs, booty, and core, so it’s hardly shocking to see Dakota looking so fit these days.

The 33-year-old actress is pretty private about what she does in her off-time, but she’s been spotted by the Daily Mail going to hot Pilates classes.

She also has worked with other trainers, including Gunnar Peterson and Kacy Duke, who told Vogue that they zeroed in on the “Triple A” (abs, arms, and ass) with Dakota. What’s that look like? Squats and twisting presses, for starters.

Dakota has ~also~ worked with trainer Ramona Braganza to prep for the second and third Fifty Shades movies. The two exercised together five days a week, focusing on her shoulders, butt, abs, and arms. But “the main goal was to get her moving 30 minutes a day,” Braganza told Cosmopolitan.

The workout sessions never went more than an hour. “During the first few months of filming, we went more aggressive, but later on, we cut back to just 30 minutes," Braganza said. “Our goal was to tone her muscles, so we trained in different ways.”

For 50 Shades Freed, Braganza told Healthista that Dakota followed the 3-2-1 principle. “It’s just proportions, when to eat, smaller meals, and more meals,” she said. “Things like having three meals a day, two snacks, and a minimum of one liter of water a day.” Meals included things like oatmeal with a poached egg for breakfast, along with lean meat and fish and salads.

Whatever she’s doing these days is definitely working!
